Ionex manufactures all their products in a plant spread over an area of approx 20,000 sq. ft with a built up area of around 6000 sq. ft. The plant is equipped with SS 316 reactors that are well equipped with heating, cooling and distillation cum reflux arrangement with receivers of suitable capacity. Also available are MS vessels equipped with all the arrangements as in the case of the SS vessels. There also exists a dry blending capacity of 250 Kgs per batch. The utilities include a boiler and 2 cooling towers. All these put together provides a production capacity of 10 MT/ per shift. In other words, working on a single shift only, the installed capacity is 2500 MT per year. The manufacturing facility houses a laboratory spread over a built area of approx. 1000 sq ft. The laboratory is well equipped with glassware and equipment for regular water analysis and applied work besides quality control of raw materials and finished products.
